About Dana Bergman
From sales to executive leadership, I've helped businesses scale, improve profitability, raise capital, and navigate transformation across diverse industries.
My belief that lasting business success begins with developing strong leaders ultimately inspired my transition into executive coaching. While leading operations at a family-owned construction company, I earned my PMP certification, reinforcing my belief that effective leadership begins with understanding people, asking better questions, and empowering teams to take ownership.
I also earned an Executive MBA from Cornell University and completed management studies at Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business. Becoming a certified Pinnacle Business Guide brought everything full circle, allowing me to guide executive teams through a straightforward, proven system built on the foundational disciplines I've spent years implementing as an executive. I'm passionate about helping leaders align their vision, cultivate healthy cultures, and build the accountability needed to turn strategy into execution.
